Welcome to Rolvik. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of rolvik.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. In these Terms, "Rolvik," "we," "us" and "our" refer to the operator of this Site, and "you" refers to you, the visitor or customer. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit.

2. Products and descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors, sizes and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and manufacturing. Product specifications are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice. If a product you receive is materially different from its description, you may return it under our Return and Refund Policy.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is charged when you place your order. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after confirmation.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there is a pricing or description error. If we cancel your order after you've been charged, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship within the contiguous United States. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier-confirmed delivery address.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns, replacements and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Product use and safety

Please read and follow all instructions, warnings and safety information that come with each product. Products must be used only for their intended purpose. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

8. Warranty disclaimer

Except as stated in our Return and Refund Policy or required by law, products and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim related to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images and design, belongs to Rolvik or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false information, placing fraudulent orders, or using automated tools to scrape content.

12. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, photo, comment or other content, you confirm it is your own, honest and lawful, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it in connection with the Site and our marketing.
