Good to Know
This is a gentle vibration massage, not a deep-kneading shiatsu massage.
Only the neck massager provides kneading action.
For quieter use, place the mat on a bed or sofa rather than a hard floor.
The cover is not removable.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a shiatsu massager? No. The mat uses gentle vibration motors across the body. Only the detachable neck massager has kneading nodes.
Where does the heat come from? Heat is built into the lumbar and waist zone with 3 adjustable levels, reaching up to 50°C (122°F). The neck massager also has infrared heating beads.
Can I use it on a chair or sofa? Yes. Lay it flat on a bed or sofa, or fold it over a recliner. The anti-slip bottom helps keep it in place.
